Bring greater ease + joy to common parenting challenges.  

In this Q&A, we will learn how to meet daily parenting challenges in a mindful and sustainable way. Freshteh will inform us with knowledge and first-hand experience on how to approach our parenting with confidence, calm and joy. There will be time at the end of the Q&A for attendees to ask questions.

Freshteh has 17 years experience as an RECE working with children 2.5 to 6 with a focus on fostering social/emotional well being as well as resiliency in children through the promotion of self regulation.
She is a part-time instructor at the School of Early Childhood, George Brown College.
