rest in the wisdom of this deep intelligence
let the exhale run long
let the fears around you swirl
trust

find the stillness
in the centre of the storm
there is yet beauty here

find the light through the crack
so thin as it may be
it is there
it will widen
as you focus on its warmth

find the single ember
to heat your hopelessness
